Flame Retardant Grade

general-grades-main

EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) raw material is a versatile polymer composed of polystyrene beads containing a blowing agent. When heated, these beads expand up to 50 times their original size, forming a lightweight, rigid foam with excellent thermal insulation, shock absorption, and moisture resistance. Widely used in packaging, construction (insulation panels), and consumer goods (e.g., disposable containers), EPS balances durability and cost-efficiency. Its closed-cell structure ensures energy efficiency and recyclability, aligning with sustainable practices.
